  • We offer online and instructor-led diversity and inclusion training on topics such as Inclusive Recruitment, Appreciating Differences, and Inclusive Leadership.
  • The Leadership Legacy Network offers networking opportunities and info-share sessions that focus on leadership development, mentoring, and career growth.
  • Diversity & Inclusion Action Councils are associate-led groups that seek to foster inclusion through cultural awareness, engagement, and appreciation of diversity.
  • The Veterans Network provides opportunities to recognize, honor, promote, and retain our veteran associates.
  • Our annual Compass Community Councils provide an opportunity for associates to hear directly from our senior leaders and learn about opportunities throughout the organization.


  • Canteen, our vending machine services company, is working with Hiring Our Heroes to bring veterans and military spouses to Compass Group. We’re also part of their National Advisory Circle.
  • We forge partnerships with a broad array of organizations to find new talent, including BCA Global, The Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance, and many more.
  • We partner with Thompson Hospitality, the nation’s largest minority-owned foodservice and hospitality company. Together, we serve school districts, major hospital centers, business and industry accounts, and many of the nation’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
